Are you having problems entering the site?

Seeing as the site has been working successfully for weeks, I can only assume there is a temporary glitch ... but we should also point out that you should not remove the words entered in the Username & Password boxes on the Login page - as they are set to enter you automatically. If you remove these your entry will fail as there is code in every page on the site to prevent people entering any other way ... if you do not go through the login page properly you will get a message saying

"Sorry - Your Username or Password is incorrect".

So, just to be sure you can get in okay...make sure that the word GUEST is typed into both boxes (Username & Password) ... or click the reset button... you should get through okay this way. If you fail, shut down Internet Explorer/Netscape & then start it up again - otherwise the faulty code may cause a further unsuccessful login. The only other possibility is that there are a lot of visitors trying to use the site at the same time... in which instance try again later. If you still have problems please let us know.

Some people have been having problems on the third "Congratulations" page & access to the site through this page has proved problematic due to some JavaScript. So to overcome this problem we have placed a text link on the third page which directs people to an alternative page. It's the link just above the copyright notice.

If the above still fails to work - please contact us & if you'd be kind enough, would you provide details of your computer specifications so we can try & figure out what the problem is - using the same setup.

We’ll need to know your - Operating system, how old pc is, browser you use, & if running any anti-virus or anti-spam software (as these may cause login problems too) so it is worth trying to login, with all anti-virus & anti-spam software disabled.
