The original map was once part of the Britannia Atlas, this version published in 1673. It shows all the major towns & villages in Derbyshire, though many places are spelt slightly different to the modern day spelling - such as: Tiddeswall=Tideswell / Wirkesworth=Wirksworth & Darbye=Derby.

If you wish to print a copy of this map off, we advise that you right-click your mouse & ‘Save picture as’ ... choose a suitable folder to save the image to, then afterwards print a copy of the image off, remember to set your printer to print in either ‘landscape’ or ‘portrait’ format depending on the map size.

For extra quality prints, we advise you set the ‘print quality’ to the best/maximun setting & that you print on heavyweight high quality parchment paper or artists watercolour paper. This should give you a high quality print, suitable for a picture frame.
